DELIVERY INFORMATION

FREE SHIPPING ON ALL PURCHASES OVER 500 SEK

A shipping fee of SEK 29 is added to all orders below an order value of SEK 500. All orders over SEK 500 are free of shipping.

Deliveries take place between 08:00 and 18:00, Monday to Friday. Normal delivery time is 7-12 working days, all depending on where in Sweden you live.

SHIPPING COSTS

Shipping is charged at SEK 29 per delivery on orders with an order value under SEK 500. The delivery then takes place to your door. All purchases over SEK 500 are free of charge.

FAILURE OF DELIVERY AND ATTEMPTED DELIVERY

If our forwarder is unable to deliver your package, they will send you an avi.
You can then pick up the package at the nearest agent, or book a new appointment with them for delivery.

The forwarder has no obligation to call the customer to check with them if they are at home. However, this may still occur depending on who delivers the package and if there is a telephone number indicated on the waybill.

If you are not available at the time of delivery or do not contact the forwarder yourself within 7 days, the delivery will be returned.
In connection with this, we will charge a fee of SEK 150 for shipping and handling.

We therefore cancel your order and refund the cost of the goods after deducting the fee for return shipping as well as administration costs and inventory management.

If the payment made by you is not enough, we will charge you the difference. The total cost for this varies depending on the weight and volume of your delivery.
