TERMS OF PURCHASE
1. GENERAL
1.1 These general terms and conditions ("Terms") apply when you as a consumer ("Customer") place an order with Happy Parent via the website www.happyparent.store and related pages, ("Webshop").
The terms and conditions apply between you and www.happyparent.store ( Happy Parent ) and it is between these two that agreements are entered into.
1.2 Happy Parent does not ship cash purchases or credit purchases to persons under 18 years of age.
1.3 Happy Parent reserves itself for possible image and typing errors on the Webshop. The webshop, as well as all its content, is owned by Happy Parent or its licensors or franchisees. The information is protected by law with regard to e.g. copyright, marketing and trademarks. This means that trademarks, company names, product names, images and graphics, design, layout and information about products, services and other content may not be copied or used without written consent from Happy Parent .
1.4 Happy Parent has a warehouse in China and the products are therefore sent from China and must also be sent back to the warehouse in China in case of return or advertising. Happy Parent return policy which can be read on the page forExchanges and returns .
1.5 All of Happy Parent's products are intended for indoor use, i.e. to be used indoors only.
2. AGREEMENT AND ORDER
2.1 In order to make a purchase via the online shop, the customer must accept the terms. By accepting the Terms and Conditions, the customer undertakes to comply with the terms and conditions, and agrees that he has read the information about personal data and consented to the use of cookies in accordance with Happy Parent's privacy policy, see below. An agreement for purchase, to which these conditions apply, ("agreement"), is only entered into when Happy Parent has confirmed the customer's order in writing and sent the customer an order confirmation from Happy Parent .
2.2 Happy Parent strives for the customer to receive order confirmation no later than 48 hours after Happy Parent receives an order. If an order is placed on a Friday or holiday, however, Happy Parent tries to confirm this no later than 6:00 pm on the following working day. An order can only be confirmed if Happy Parent has received and can determine the Customer's residential address and correct email address.
3. CUSTOMER INFORMATION, ETC
3.1 The customer confirms that the information the customer fills in is correct and completely filled in. The customer is responsible for incorrectly filled in information and the damage this may cause.
3.2 The customer undertakes to ensure that no one other than the customer can use the customer's login details. The customer must not reveal the user name and password to any unauthorized person and must ensure that documents containing information about the user name and password are stored in such a way that unauthorized persons cannot gain access to the information. The customer must immediately report to Happy Parent if it can be suspected that an unauthorized person knows the customer's password. The customer is responsible for all purchases and information made with their login details.
3.3 If Happy Parent suspects that the customer is abusing their user account or login details or otherwise violates the terms and conditions, Happy Parent has the right to suspend the customer with immediate effect. Happy Parent also has the right to assign new login details to the customer for any reason.
4. PRICES, FEES AND PAYMENT
4.1 When ordering via the web shop, the prices specified in the web shop apply. All prices are stated in Swedish kronor (SEK) for Sweden excluding shipping costs and include VAT.
4.2 The customer can pay for his order by invoice or credit card payment according to the credit cards shown in the online shop. For each order, a delivery fee applicable at any time is added, which is indicated on the web shop. When paying by invoice, the applicable invoice fee is also added at any time, which is indicated on the web shop. Read more under payment in the footer.
5. SHIPPING AND DELIVERY
5.1 Goods that are in stock are normally delivered within seven to twelve working days from when your order was placed.
5.2 The customer can redeem his package up to seven days from the notification being received.
6. OPEN PURCHASE AND RIGHT OF WITHDRAWAL
6.1 Happy Parent always offers a 30-day open purchase and/or exchange right when purchasing goods in the web shop on the website www.happyparent.store.
6.2 When purchasing goods, a 30-day right of withdrawal applies in accordance with consumer law regulations. This means that you as a customer have the right to cancel your purchase by notifying Happy Parent of this within 30 days of receiving the ordered item.
6.3 The right of withdrawal does not apply if the customer breaks the packaging of an item, unless this is necessary to examine or test the item according to what appears in Happy Parent's return policy, which can be read on the page forExchanges and returns .
7. GOVERNING LAW AND DISPUTES
In the event of a dispute, Happy Parent follows the decision of the General Complaints Board. Disputes concerning the interpretation or application of these terms and conditions shall be interpreted in accordance with Swedish law. These terms and conditions have been established by Happy Parent on 05/25/2023.
8. HAPPY PARENT DISCOUNT CODE
When using a discount code, the discount that the code refers to is given. To take part in the discount, the code needs to be activated in the cash register/checkout before the purchase is completed. No discount is issued afterwards.
